Insecure about her legs, a young woman's life changed when her mother encouraged her to start a fitness routine. Through exercise, she gained confidence and transformed into the happiest version of herself. Later, after experiencing stress and burnout from work, she realized the need for a place that offered holistic wellness. Inspired by her own journey, she created The Wellness Boutique—a haven where people of all genders can find happiness, health, and beauty for life. Led by Lorena Diaz Aoun, a multifaceted professional, The Wellness Boutique provides invigorating workouts, nourishing food, personal growth, and rejuvenation. Kaline is a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. A dance injury in 2010 guided her need for exercise and healing towards the practice of yoga. Over the last 12 years and counting, her yoga practice has become a source of personal inspiration and transformation. She gave up a career in HR to pursue her passion for Yoga and holistic healing and serve the community. She is certified in Vinyasa, Yin and Therapeutic Yoga. She incorporates these different styles of yoga, breath work, and meditation in her sessions. She has a global footprint and has led many local and international programs in the US, Lebanon, Europe, and India through retreats and workshops. She is determined to provide awareness on this time tested practice that goes back centuries and bring the healing benefits of gentle movement and breath work in order for her students to form a deeper connection with their body, mind and soul.

Johana Garcia
Plant Based Chef and Habit Changing Coach

Johana is a functional nutritionist and coach in habit change; she possesses a post-grade in intestinal microbiota and is currently studying her specialization in plant-based chef.

Johana was born in Colombia, and now she lives in Houston. Her mission is to inspire more people to have a healthy lifestyle. She loves to share her recipes and planning tools to prepare the weekly menu.

Her mission is to make you love real food and enjoy cooking at home with high nutritional value ingredients.

Telvys Smith
Planner, Organization and Habit coach.

Telvys is a creative person with imagination and leadership to develop new ideas or reinvent current ones; her passion is working and serving people. She is an Interior Planner and Professional Space Organizer at home and in offices (TIP Method Chicago); Coach in habit changes from Habit Institute-Mexico; nutritionist certified from Aprende Institute -Miami; Certified in ayurveda medicine from the Ayurveda Queretaro- Mexico; Certified in Mindfulness and Meditation from Aprende Institute- Miami.

Jessika Saunders
Zumba Instructor

Jessica has studied dance since she was 6 years old. Dance styles, including Latin, contemporary, belly dance, hip hop, and African dance, are among her favorite dance styles. She started taking Zumba in 2017 when her son was 5 months old, and became a ZIN in 2021, 5 months after her daughter was born. She teaches both Zumba and Zumba Toning formats, and loves watching her students grow in their fitness journeys. When Jessika is not dancing, she is working on her novel, doing a puzzle, drawing, reading, hanging out with her kids and husband, catching up on Netflix shows, or trying not to add yet another Afro-beat song to her Zumba playlist.
